What time can we check in?

Check in is from 3.00pm onwards unless otherwise agreed.

What COVID precautions do you take?

Before your stay, we do a full clean, with all high touch areas sanitised and we use a professional disinfectant fogger machine on the whole barn, daily in the gym and games room.

Can we walk into town?

Yes, it’s a pleasant 1 mile walk.

Can we walk to a pub?

The excellent George at Woolley is cosy, friendly and less than a half mile walk away. If you mention you are staying with us you can get a 10% discount off your meal.

Where is good to eat?

Bradford on Avon has lots of excellent restaurants all within walking distance and the Woolley Grange Hotel is only 100m away.

Are Towels and Linen Included?

Yes.

Are you a working farm?

No, we are hobby farmers. We have chickens which the children can help feed. Goats are planned…..

Do you allow smoking and vaping?

No, smoking and vaping is prohibited in the barns, games room and gym, but ash pots are provided in the courtyards.

Do you have baby/toddler equipment?

Yes, there are pull-out stair gates at the top and the bottom of the stairs already in place. A fireguard, high chair, cot, toddler toilet step and toilet seat are available on request.

Is their car parking?

Yes, there is plenty of secure car parking space in the enclosed courtyard adjacent to both barns.

Is the surrounding area suitable for cycling and walking?

Yes, there are loads of quieter green lanes nearby for cycling or you can hire bikes on the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal. There is a footpath leading you over the fields adjacent to the barns.

Can I get spa treaments?

Yes, at the Woolley Grange Hotel only 100m away.

Is heating and electricity free?

Yes. Logs for the wood burner are also supplied.

Are there hairdryers?

Yes, in all bedrooms.

Is there an Ironing Board and Iron?

Yes.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, with an integral dryer. A clothes airer is also supplied.

Is there a freezer?

Yes, both barns have under counter freezers and fridges.

Are your barns accessible for people with disabilities or limited mobility?

Is there a barbecue?

Yes, in the courtyard.

Is there a shop nearby?

Yes, there is a convenience store 3/4 a mile away and it is 1.5 miles to the main Sainsburys store.
